We've eaten in most of them in Padma street and they have all been good. There are also good cheap ones in the adjacent streets that run off Padma. The one going north has a good one ontop of the little super market and the one going south (Garlic Lane) also has some good ones. Similarly Melasti street (one block south of Padma St) also has some great restuarants. Our favourites in Bali are La Louchiola (Seminyak), Uns (south off Poppies Lane) and the Village (Sanur).
