Different bacteria (not poisoning) runnin riot in the guts.
It's from food, or water ingested at the beach/shower. Since I stopped swimming at the beach (rampant e-coli levels for sure cos they dont have sewerage in Bali), and started a personal campaign to keep the mouth firmly zipped in the shower, plus making sure everything I eat is cooked properly and served hot etc etc etc I have had few problems. Before this I had gotten sick EVERY trip. Like a a dozen times!
And peoples levels of sensitivity vary. I have travelled with others and eaten and drunk exactly the same stuff and gotten sick, when my partners haven't.
