At the local shop, the supermarket, almost anyplace. Ask the shopkeeper for a good brand. But remember it's part of your duty free allowance. If you're really sneaky you can empty a bottle of water and put it in there, as it's as clear as water. Carry it in your carry on as you would a bottle of water.
