We stayed there in Jan./Feb. this year in a one bedroom and absolutely loved it. The staff are really great(talk to Raka or Ayu), and so is the location-near everything yet just a bit off the beaten path to feel "homey". Good deal for the price, and you may be able to negotiate if they are not fully booked.
