You go through bali ide and they will arrange a contact in singapore...you pay him your visa money, give him your passport and pay him the money that has been arranged for him through bali ide...have lunch your visa will be back to you in 4 hours.......2 weeks is rubbish.....4 days if you don't use bali ide.....
