for the ketut we know.,,,,cannot imagine him being so rude as you say,my family and friends have used ketut for 6 years now and we consider him one of our family along with his wife and two kids and his mother and niece that he is helping through computer school ..so I can only say that if Petrol went up then he has made an error in his English trying to tell you in the right way..sometimes words come out not the way he means,still learning english,anyway a bit sad that you have given him bad publicity can only hope that you get a good driver,,I know that you will,because 95% of bali drivers are great and good fun.
