I had my favourite casual (elastic waist) pant suit made in 2 materials . I bought this suit about 14 years ago and paid about $120 for it so I took it with me bought 2 different lots of material in Denpasar after asking the tailor how much I needed(he gave me the quanties for 2 different widths). All up i have 2 great fitting dressy yet casual suits for Under $60. If you have time get some pictures of what you want - find a tailor - there are plenty recommended on BTF - go look for material one morning in Denpasar and bingo you could bring home a whole new wardrobe that actually fits. Next trip I am getting about 6 or 7 suits for work made too
