I got mine at Go-Lo or the Reject shop or something similar. Holds 96 discs (two on each page), and zips up. It's also big enough that the paper sleeves fit inside as well, so you can easily get them home undamaged.
Cost me, from memory, $4.95 or $6.95 - I can't remember the exact price but it was certainly cheaper than the ones in Bali and better quality. It's done two trips and will be going back with me for a 3rd.
