Horseriding at Umalas Equestrian Centre in Umalas . It is about 10 minute drive form Seminyak in the area of Kerobokan . It is really beautiful as we rode thru rice fields , but you can also do beach ride . The horses are huge they come from Germany and they are gorgeous. I really suggest that you have riding experience as these horses are in no way old nags !!!! The cetre is also very beautiful and there is a great pool and bar .
In northen Bali, there is a horseback riding stable run by Chris Brown, at his "Reef Seen Diving Center," in Pemuteran. Chris has practically given up diving himself and has dedicated himself to horses. It started, slowly at first about ten years ago, and over the last five years, it has consumed every minute of his waking hours. He has about 25 horses, most of them from Yogya, I believe. He takes excellent care of them, as well as he does his own young son. You can ride on the beach or inside the Bali Barat Nat'l Park (an easy way to get a feel for the park without much exertion).
