sticks to spread the curried egg - so I throw them all out
I had quite a lot of foof in one my suitcases that trip cause my neice and her friend have been on a 6 week Contiki trip and had emailed a list of things to bring over - Tim Tans - teabags Smiths chips Twisties .
I still had food in the esky to and said at LAX that I had things to declare - I was happy to toss it all out but a man directed me up and into a line and before I knew it passport stamped and I was on the street looking for our driver . I find I have little trouble with sealed food (not meats & cheeses but chips , biscuits & cereals).
I walked to a 7 Eleven in LA and bought some groceries and made banana sandwiches - I had a line up of 20 to 30 Y.O's wantging a sandwich - they also lined up when I got there for a cup of tea and a bikkie it looked so funny these macho men standing there with their coffee mugs.
Just off the track a bit but I once ordered a cup of tea from a kiosk in San Fran and was given a milkshake container full of hot water and a tea bag - I was gobsmacked and had a giggle
