quality. I am almost an expertas m/male useses them for everything esp camping they are very narrow strips of plastic of various lengths & thickness. Once you join them up you pull them tight and you must cut them to release . We also use a type of them to tie our internal mail at work. Some are extreemly strong - cheeper ones are still hard to break but I have seen them ripped . they come in bundles/bags of 25 to possiblly 100 main colours I have seen are black & green .
