USD 24.20 is for a twin room, with 2 beds. There is an electric flask in the room for boiling water. Individual controlled AC is good and cold. Room is clean. Minimal mosquitoes in my room on the 3rd floor, saw 1 or 2 during my entire stay. Just remember to close the "windows" at the top of the wall/door to prevent mosquitoes from coming in, but the maid will open it everyday after cleaning the rooms to air the room, so that's when mosquitoes fly in. The window sills in the bathroom cannot be closed, so close the bathroom door always to prevent mosquitoes flying into the bedrooms. No mosquito net in my room, none needed.
