Taleshia, just proceed as you would at home. The only people likely to be offended by a breast-feeding mother are the uptight and out of touch people you deal with at home. The Balinese would accept you feeding your baby as a matter of course. A sarong draped over your shoulder would be ideal if you felt you needed a bit of privacy. I have seen dozens of Balinese women breast-feeding so just relax and enjoy and be thankful that you don't have to worry about bottles etc. Just make sure you drink LOTS AND LOTS of bottled water as you'll find the humidity will dehydrate you and this will impact on your milk supply.
