Are you saying that the FA has copyright in everything we say on the forum? Not likely. But you're probably talking about the name and the little ducks. Doubtful whether they are copyright anyway, but each country has its own copyright laws and then they have to enforce them. Can you seriously see the Indonesians being worried about a few Aussies walking around Kuta with BTF on their caps? Or if someone walks up Rundle Mall with a cap that has the BTF ducks on it do you think Bali Villas is going to spend money suing for breach of copyright?
It's really a courtesy thing because the courts wouldn't bother trying to enforce anything so petty.
