is all that is required with a package holiday booking for passengers travelling Garuda Indonesia.
Your agent is "trying to pull the wool over your eyes"!
We regularly sell just the minimum accommodation requirement. In fact, if a client asks about "an Air Fare to Bali" we always advise them that, in order to save money, they should consider a package with minimum accommodation requirements - even if they do not wish to utilise the accommodation - as this can often save them quite a bit of money. The only thing we ask is that they ensure the Accommodation Voucher is delivered (either by themselves or given to our Bali staff to do it for them) to the Hotel so they can claim-back from the Wholesaler.
To us, it is simply a matter of providing professional advice to clients.
