Face to face is a place that does acid etching of some type onto metallic surfaces such as pendants, coasters, whatever. You take a photograph of your loved one (wife, kid, dog) and they will copy it onto the product of your choice so your loved one will be immortalised (at least until the plating wears off. Ask Tuberose about this). Hope that's enough info for you. I've never used them myself, 'cos I think they're kitchy, but hey, to each their own.
