Day 7 Picked up by Dewa and headed off to Nusa Dua for some watersports. Paid 250,000 for a package of parasailing, jet skiing and banana boat ride. We then went to Uluwatu Temple and the kids were pleased we finally got to see some monkeys. By now we were hot so headed to Dreamland Beach for a swim. I have to say that I wasn't that impressed with Dreamland, I just expected it to be a lot nicer than it was. Mind you the water was lovely. We had planned to have lunch here, but the so called restaurant looked a bit dodgy. Left early as it poured with rain again. We had planned to go to Jimbaran Bay for dinner but the rain did not look like it was going to clear in a hurry. So back to the Dynasty and ate at the Golden Lotus, bit expensive but fantastic Chinese.

Day 8 We were picked up at 8am for our Quicksilver cruise and once again it was raining. We were going to go with Bali Hai until we got there and saw the price difference. I would recommend the Quicksilver, the only thing I will say is that 90% of the passengers were Korean, but that didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. The snorkeling was fantastic, kids loved the waterslide and the lunch was great. At $40USD it was good value for money.

Day 9 Our last day, so we did some last minute shopping. We had shopped a lot at Jenny's shop, two down from Dianne's shop just up from the Dynasty. She was a lovely lady and always gave us a good price right away, no need to bargain with her. I told her I would put a huge recommendation on the forum for her shop. Anyway the kids had become real friendly with Jenny and quite often used to just sit with her and chat, she taught them some Balinese words and told them what prices to pay for things. After our last day of shopping we had spent most of our Rupiah. The kids had some rupiah left and they decided they wanted to give it to Jenny. Altogether they gave her nearly 200,000 RP. We were so proud of them and it was a real teary moment, she was so grateful and told us she could now stock up on rice. It was a fantastic moment to end our trip to Bali.

To sum it all up...we all absolutely loved Bali and their people and cannot wait to visit again.
