ATM - 6 digit number required ??

I don't use atm's but think some where in the far distant postings something about requiring a 6 digit pin number not the 4 & they need a Cirus emblem or something like that??
I maybe wrong.
Sorry to throw confusion in here - this is not meant to lead you a stray just hope you get all the facts. I only take cash and would hate to get to bali and not be able to get to my money !!!
