that the local Banjar do offer & give food to true homeless or poor persons & the others that are begging are generally trying to make a bit of money on the side as such... He did say that it is common for parents to rent out their babies.. He did sometimes give monies to the elderly man sitting near Tubes, but not any younger kids!!!
