EVER and have always freaked out, suffered severe panic attacks for weeks prior, get the runs, vomit in fear - seriously! This is how bad I am but at the end of it all, I still get on the plane and go because I love Bali and know deep down that everything will be just fine. Its a very routine flight, fairly short in compariosn to international flights, Garuda take that path many times each week and their maintenance is up to date. Think about it like this.........the people flying the plane want to have a safe flight with no dramas so they'll make sure its as smooth as possible for you and for themselves. My panic has started already so I know how you feel but try and relax, you'll wonder what all the worry was about when you get there - take it from me. Check my previous posts when I've freaked and written in panic but I know it will all be ok!! You'll See.
