You can actually buy Gudang Garam in Melbourne from a few speciality shops. $11.50 for a pack of 20. Just a bit dearer than the 7000rp for a pack in Bali.

I am a reformed smoker, but still indulge in Bali. They have the nicest smell.

They are also far far worse for you than normal cigaretts, having more than double the tar (and the other cancer causing bits).

Oh well, doesn't everything thats fun kill you ... so might as well enjoy just once in a while.
