I have used them 3 times now and only trouble was when they had plane problems and I was in Bali anyway,they put us up in 5 star hotels till problem was fixed.Food has always been good and service spot on especially when compared to Qantas.Tell Mum to relax you will be on way to Isle of Smiles in comfort
