we have used since 1987 is Balnarring Travel Shop on the Mornington Peninsula. They are BRILLIANT, pricing is the best, service is the best because they will go for what you want, not what the wholesalers are pushing. If you read my post earlier about JP and his insurance claim I can tell you they are doing the leg work and looking after JP and negotiating a suitable outcome from his claim even though our trip is over. And the travel insurance was not part of our tour package with them, we sourced it independently. They are just so good we will not go anywhere else.
