Anyone seen Head Lice stuff in Bali?

I am sick and tired of paying nearly $20 per 100ml bottle of KP24 to treat the inevitable head lice my girls pick up at school.

Has anyone seen if Mackros or anywhere else sell KP24? Might as well stock up if it is cheap.
