I was in Bali for Idul Fitri in 2003 and it was about a week that the place was affected. A lot of the sarong shops were closed for the week as they were run by Muslims - and the domestic tourists were there for about that long too.
So I'd guess that by around 10/11 November it'd be getting back to normal.
