Ku de ta is a great place for brunch, you get a good idea of what all the fuss is about, and it should not cost any more than A$20.
La Lucciola again lunch is the go! Much more relaxed than in the night time, same great food and cheaper. Now there is a place you can only go after dark and thats the Living Room, the setting is truly magic. The food is always great, I guess food and wine would be about A$40-50.
