Newcastle Dinner/Picnic?

Ok guys whats happening?If we are going to do this lets set a place and date.A picnic seemed to be the go,Im not from Newcastle but the Central Coast, so if anyone has any other suggestions aside from Warners Bay please put them forward.How about Sunday May 1st 11am at?????
