I used them for two visits in 2003 and was very happy with the prices and the service I received.
Not sure how much of a "rip off" it can be when a huge load of laundry costs a couple of dollars more and saves you having to lug it all halfway down the street in the heat though.
As long as the service is good (and it was when I used them) I'm happy to spend a couple of dollars more for pick up and delivery.
