Hi, I was there in January and remember seeing them tucked under most of the shelves in the bigger shops.
There is a video game shop in legian along JL Melasti nearer JL legian end, there should be plenty of games in there. From memory prices were around 4000 IDR per game for PS1.
This shop is also good for people looking for video games of any type as it only sells video games.
