I would agree with everything that has been posted so far about Nicki and her prompt responses, very competitive prices, efficiency and knowledge. We have booked our hotel accommodation only through her, as we are using FF points for our flights. Our trip isn't until July, so we have yet to pay the balance of our account, thus no documentation yet.
I am also going to use Nicki for our mountain cycling trip, and maybe another tour, depending on the wishes of the rest of our group.
We live in Perth,and it has been no problem for her to phone us if need be, and payment arrangements have been easily arranged.
I did meet Nicki at an S&S night in June 2004, and wish we could have spent more time together. As it was, we chatted until well after the others had left, although I do recall, that C Shell was still there with us too.
