We stayed at the Bali Hyatt in January and really liked it - beautiful reception area - we paid for an upgrade and got free drinks and canapes every evening from 5 to 7 and a free 1 hr massage and free transfers from airport. The pools are really nice and altho we dont have kids there were quite a few around and they seemed to be having fun. The beachfront in front is extremely good - well policed so you dont get hassled. The staff are great and the restaurants really nice .The other bonus is a free shuttle to the other Hyatt in Nusa Dua - you can use all their facilities and these are really superb - the pools there are fantastic and really good for children with slides between pool areas. The hotel is set in stunning gardens and has a superb spa.
all in all I can recommend it strongly
