I'm not sure how strict the Ramada is but if your flight is 6pm it might be worthwhile trying to milk the regular check out for what it's worth. What are they gonna do, bring the police to drag you out of there at midday on the dot?
You have to be at the airport 2hrs before your flight anyway, so that's 4pm. From the time you wander down to reception and ask for someone to help bring your bags down, then fill in your checking out paper work and pay any room service charge, then call a taksi, wait for it to arrive etc, you'll want about half an hour at least. Maybe longer if you've made friends with hotel staff and drag out your farewells with each of them.
So that's maybe 3pm you'll want to walk out of the room - only 3 hours after normal check out time. My last time in Bali I booked late checkout which is 6pm - but I never actually left the room till nearly 9pm and the hotel never said a word.
I don't know if that would have been a different story though, if I had not booked late check out and tried to extend it beyond midday by a couple of hours.
