Usually you just have to pay for your lunch at the top. I have gone a few tours to Kintamani and they take you to a buffet place for lunch. You will probably also stop enroute at a Barong Dance (costs for entry 10 000 rupiah or something like that) as well as silver smith and wood carvers. You will drive through rice paddies etc, it;s great to get out of Kuta and enjoy the countryside
