I don't mean to be rude, but surely you realise that an unpacked stroller would be harder to hide drugs in than one wrapped in plastic!
It also intrigues me as to why no one worries about locking anything when going domestic, considering the AFP beleive the drugs were meant in the first place to go from Brisbane to Sydney only!
