I just cannot say how much more I enjoy the cheaper cart foods than restaurants that have tamed down foods for tourists!!!
I don;t believe you have really tried & experienced the BEST of bali until you have had food from the carts...
Nothing beats sitting on the red plastic stool by the side of the cart chowing down on real food!!!

OOOH yeah spring rolls in Bali from the top of a local lady or mans head is the best way to eat a spring roll...The sauce...OOOOH!
I recommend everyone try something from the carts...
