Alot of copy games are unable to be played as Sony have made sure that only their products can be played on their consoles. Its copyright law etc. We have had ours serviced so that it can play copy games. You may need to ask around if you want yours to be able to play copy games. Be warned, you forfeit any warentee on the product when you have them altered.
