At the Bounty you don't need to take your own beach towel so I wouldn't think you need to at the Barong either.
I am not 100% sure about the Barong with massages but the Bounty has two ladies who work every day and for roughly 50,000 you get a really good massage, so if you get there and the Barong don't do them come across the road to the Bounty !!
