Last trip we found Adi Cottages right in the middle of the main road, Monkey Forest street. It turned out to be far better than other accommodation we'd looked at, and at less than 1/3 of the price some were asking.
It's right next to Cisa Restaurant (where you have breakfast) which you can't miss as its painted bright orange.
