Kuta Lagoon Resort

Hi. I am new to the forum as we are travelling to Kuta next week. We are staying at the Kuta resort and Ive read some great things from all the postings about this resort. Has anyone used the day spa facilities here? My sister recommends Melasti day spa but was wondering if anyone has an opinion.
Any other info anyone would like offer about Kuta Laggon would be appreciated.
