for same reason it wont work if typed...you have to copy and paste..put the mouse cursor at the beggining of the web site address and then click the left mouse button, hold the button down and drag the mouse accross the whole address..when the full address is highlighted blue, click the right mouse button and you see a selection list...select copy...then go to your web browser and get rid of anny address details there..put the mouse cursor in the address bar, right click select paste and then push enter...should work then
