Info wanted on Proxl recharge dates

On my receipt from Proxl when I left Bali and topped up my account it said:
MA 08/05/2005
MT 07/06/2005
Anyone know what this means in terms of my SIM card, when I have to recharge, when I lose my number if I do not,etc.
I phoned Proxl centre but could not get the info through the automated system. Can I recharge from Australia?
