I can thoroughly recommend 3 Island Ocean Rafting with Bali Hai. It is everything it says it is. There is a cheaper version with Bounty or Island Explorer, but I don't know if you see as much. Bali Hai have a website.
Another one I eyed was tandem paragliding with Bali Adventure Tours. BAT and Sobek have other activities that are alot more subdued but sound great. They also have websites.
Either of these will be very special and hard to forget in years to come.
