They show you the standard price list which say 200,000 then say "special price" for you 100,000. We did it last week at Sanur. Much better location, less people and much safer. They bring the jet ski down from Nusa Dua, takes about 10mins wait. Our 13 year old twin girls did it. We wouldn't let them do it as Nusa Dua (where the parasailing is anyway).
By the way, don't do the glass bottom boat / turle island / snorkling package .... absolute rubbish. Parasailing great and cheap 100,000 rupiah each.
