Yes, you can buy boxers over in Bali, maybe not satin ones but definately cotton...I have bought heaps over there for my two teenage sons and husband. Just look around in all major department stores...
Surfboards are everywhere...heaps of new ones in surf shops but they are expensive...secondhand ones available at the smaller stores, but you can also hire them everywhere on the beach...have a look at this link, just keep scrolling forward until you see pics of surfboards...if you know how to, you can use google language convertor to change the writing to english, if not just look at the prices...they are in rupiah, just divide by 7500 to get aussie dollars......
