Kuta Lagoon's pool is open whenever you want to swim in it, we are going again in Oct for our fourth stay there and my hubby often goes for a midnight or later swim. The pool access rooms do not have a kettle but our friends went down to Matahari and bought a kettle very cheap. Have a great time.
