Great JBR. Just a few questions, if you don't mind:-
(1)Can you actually go all the way up to Kintamani with a driver?
(2)Do you happen to know the contact for the other Ketut with a mini-van?
(3)Is it advisable to go to Git Git waterfalls with young kids ie toddlers? Is it drivable to the waterfall or do we have to trek in for a while?If trekking is required, I'm afriad it might be too much for the toddler.
