I am from Singapore too, and was at Bali last week. We got a driver Kadek Santrika for RP300000 per day, inclusive car (Toyota Kijang), petrol and parking. We choose our own places to visit and he will drive us to these places, so we ended up going to many attractions and taking lots of photos in just 2 days. You can also ask him to recommend places to you if you have no plans of your own.
