you feel, not being let off the 20c. I run a large charity store, it can be very hard to educate some volunteers that even though they are giving their valued time, sometimes it can be appropriate to let someone off with the 20c & 50c. On the other hand there are pro's out there looking for every opportunity to rip someone off get away with it once and they keep on trying, charities are included. What people are scared of is making a decision and is it the right one. I have worked in retail for 25yrs and I could tell you some stories that would make your hair curl.
