Hi Jackie we found the prices really good the bintangs were about 17,000rp a bit cheaper than out on the street. Food was cheaper than some restaurants, burgers with chips 35,000rp, toasted ham and cheese 11,000rp, Sunday aussie roast about $6, cocktails 37,500. We had a couple come every day to the GVC from the Padma and they said bintangs were 3 times dearer at the Padma and the same for most food. So they swam in the GVC pool and drank there rather than at their hotel. They also said that the staff and guests were a heap better at the GVC and that only one person had soken to them in the pool at the Padma. The Sunday roast was excellent they import the meat from either Australia or NZ. Hope this helps.
