With an internet rate of US$35 per room single share per night, that works out around Rp350,000 which is nearly three times the Rp120,000 initially asked.
There are rooms in Ubud for around for that price, but I don't think they have the outdoor bathrooms. I was looking at Sama's Cottages on Jl Bisma and they have rooms in that price range, but not the outdoor bathrooms.
